We are delighted to present The Jack Brockhoff Foundation's 2024-2025 Annual Report, marking a significant milestone in our 45-year journey of supporting Victorian communities.
This year represents the beginning of an exciting new chapter. After extensive consultation, research, and strategic planning, we have begun implementing our new five-year strategy—one that reaffirms our commitment to Sir Jack Brockhoff's founding vision while adapting to meet the evolving needs of our state.
In this new strategy we have intentionally shifted toward fewer granting partners while providing larger and longer-term funding commitments and we're actively seeking co-funding partnerships to extend our reach and impact far beyond what we could achieve alone. Our three investment approaches—Bold Futures, People & Place, and Grassroots Capabilities—balance building the capacity of grassroots organisations delivering essential services today, while simultaneously funding transformative long-term initiatives that address systemic challenges for tomorrow.
This report showcases the remarkable work of our 2024-2025 grant partners, from early career medical researchers advancing breakthrough discoveries, to community organisations addressing reproductive rights, homelessness, supporting kinship carers, and building regional resilience. Each story reflects our shared commitment to creating a thriving and resilient Victoria.
