Children & Youth

We fund programs that will have a positive impact on improving outcomes for vulnerable children and young people in Victoria.

This grant round is now closed and will re-open in February 2021.


We fund talented early-career researchers, who are supported by host institutions. The aim of this funding is to strengthen research capability and help establish the careers of talented young scientists.

The 2020 grant round has been postponed. More information will be available in August 2020.


We fund innovative and sustainable programs that will have a lasting impact on communities throughout Victoria.

The next grant round will be open in February 2021 and will be run in parallel with the Children and Youth Program


The Jack Brockhoff Child Health and Wellbeing Program was established at the University of Melbourne when the Foundation made a significant grant in 2008 to mark the centenary of the birth of Sir Jack Brockhoff.
