All grant recipients are required to provide a Report on the grant given at the earlier of either the full expenditure of the granted sum or within 12 months of receipt of the granted sum.
As a guide, a Grant Report template can be accessed from this website (see below). Please note: an important requirement of the Grant Report is that it be signed by the recipient organisation’s CEO or CFO attesting to the full expenditure of the granted sum.
The Foundation’s Directors will not accept applications for additional grant funds from organisations that have not reported on fully acquitted grants previously received from the Foundation.

To lodge your Grant Report:
- Save a copy (in Word format) of the Grant Report relevant to your category
- Complete the saved Grant Report, including adding any links of relevance
- Attach the completed Grant Report to an e-mail addressed to email@example.com and send it to us
